I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time for any reason.Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or attempts to bypass these rules will result in cancellation and potential blacklisting.II. COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, the artist, retain full rights to all artwork created.
You may not claim the artwork as your own.
All commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights have been previously discussed and approved
-Allowed Use-
Posting on social media (with proper credit).
Use as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.
Printing for personal use.
-Prohibited Use-
Commercial use without permission
Removing watermark/signature.
Editing or altering the artwork without permission (except cropping/resizing).
Tracing, referencing, or reusing parts of the artwork.
Using artwork for AI training or generators NFTs, blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related projectsViolation of these terms may result in blacklisting and legal action.III. COMMERCIAL USECommercial use must be discussed beforehand.
In some cases are a minimum cost: +100% (x2) of base price
May increase depending on usage (merch, branding, monetized platforms, etc.)Unauthorized commercial use will result in:
Immediate blacklist
Possible DMCA/legal actionIV. PAYMENTPayment via PayPal/bizum.
Payment is required:
100% upfront for commissions under 40usd/30€
Payment plans may be discussed for higher amounts
Payment must be completed within 24–48 hours or the commission is cancelled.V. REFUNDSFull refund if work has not started.
Partial refunds depend on progress:
Typical structure:
Sketch: 70–80%
Lineart: 30–50%
Flat color or beyond: 0–10%
No refunds for completed or near-complete work.
If I cancel the commission → full refund guaranteed.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.VI. PROCESS & WORKFLOWEstimated completion: 1–3 weeks (may vary).
Maximum timeframe: up to 120 days (otherwise full refund).

You are responsible for saving your copy, but you can request a copy if you wish if i still have it.XIV. FINAL NOTEShere may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.
Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.
